Throwback: Champions and winners 2022

The 2022 EWBL Final Four was played on March 19-20, at the Diplomat arena in Pieštany, Slovakia. Žabiny Brno won the first title, defeating the hosts Pieštanske Čajky, 57-51. Kibirkštis Vilnius took bronze after a 87-69 win over SBŠ Ostrava. Bria Holmes was named MVP.


First place: Žabiny Brno (5-1, Final Four 2-0)
